      Pros

      The technology stack is high end and up to date, people are very talented, Agile methodology is implemented to the fullest, Learning is encouraged. The company is very solid and stable, and offers a lot of career opportunities to be able to stay and grow your careed in the same company and never feel bored.

      Cons

      The salary is way below market standard. Newly joiners do get a fair offer but for people who are there for long time, the salary is not getting updated and they have to leave in order to improve their salary.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
