Pros
Money, money, money - you get paid for the extra pain. HAve your hands on one of the best product suits ín telco industry. You can learn very sofistiated project methodologies - but you have to fight hard if you have to alternate the defined way.
Cons
Human capital is not considered an assett. The personal development is of course the individuals own task, but any kind of class room training will not be approved if it is necessary to travel there. The strategic orientation is unclear and not properly communicated. Management has large growth visions, but only distributes the growth expectations downwards (bonus related payments, incentives, etc)
