      Pros

      If you land in the "good" projects - most of the time they are the smaller projects - you can work with cutting edge technology and have a good team peers.

      Cons

      In the "bad" project, you may find yourself doing the same tasks for months, working long hours and in the end no one will thank you for it.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
