Good place to get experience and leave as quickly as possible for any alternative.
Cons
Amdocs is a greedy organization that wont do the right thing, they will - Make you work weekends and not let you take time in lieu - Force you to take vacation days instead of granting Christmas breaks - Pay you less than what your market value is for the position you're in - Create a toxic work environment by asking you why your taking a sick day - Accost you in front of your colleagues/subordinates for misunderstandings - Not grant any RSU nor Options to encourage shared success
