Global, courtship phase is very pleasant but the truth hits days after you start working

No showing you around, you have to learn it all alone with no one realy available since all do their best to look busy but actualy hardly work sice there are sooo many meetings that you cant realy get things done and everyone is busy protecting themselves from vicious peers/managers at all levels and are just doing the minimum to survive. Very unpleasant. I stay only since I have to have a salary and since all we have here is made just for amdocs and is no good in other global companies since we keep changing stuff to fit our needs and our hysterical security demands. Everything you try to do hits many walls in the process due to power drunk people and sheepy employees that are scared all the time they will be fired. Every now and then we fire older people that make more money and call it in a pretty name as if we didnt want them fired. We also immediately fire those who dont compromise and are too inteligent or curious or individualist. We prefer mediocre submissive people and we are in process to move most jobs to India which is way cheeper than Israel and Israelies have hard time understanding Undian accent and mentality so it will be better when most of services will be in India for better communication since we dont realy care for quality of service or products. Just care for our public strong nice modern image for good PR and only want to finish projects fast and fix in years later all the errors made so we look good support and then after some years, do the project again since it is too clumsy and patched all over.
