Pros
1. Depends on project onsite opportunity 2. You will learn Agile process properly. 3. Will get client exposure and you will work in all phases SIT, PROD etc 4. Many Parties in OSS, outings
Cons
1. Managers are so rude and they do lot of micro management. 2. Managers will keep you in favorite only of you work late and over the weekends 3. if you login at 11 am in morning suppose and you havent started doing work; you are just sitting and online on teams and you have directly started your work at 4:00 PM and finished at 9 or 9:30 you will be appreciated as you stayed late in office on the other hand employee who logged in at 11:00 am and immediately started work finished on time and left will never be in favorite list.
