      Food is great in Cafeteria. Salary hike is descent in for first 2-3 years.

      Cons

      For long term, salary hikes will start coming down. Project re-assignments are frequent.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
