      Good work culture. Good benefits. Employee care. Learning opportunities about telecom industry. Less work pressure. Team events. Decent management. Product based.

      Cons

      Growth is not ensured at all levels. Less trainings to employees regarding latest tools in the market. Appraisals are not up to the mark. Work life balance is horrible for people working in shifts. No rotational shifts to maintain work life balance. Onsite opportunities very less.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
