      Pros

      - Sometimes work from home - Friendly managers

      Cons

      - Salaries are good for beginners, but as you get a promotion your salary don't get higher - Most of the time had to work a lot more than 40h/week but none of the extra hours were paid - Crazy projects and terrible management (from VPs and Directors) - Methodology is not respected at all - A lot of fights between teams

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
