      Good Food, Good work. Can learn many things if u want to. Helpful people and encourage to do new stuff.

      Cons

      Little long working hours. Sometimes managers makes issues of your performance. short term onsite opportunities.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
