      My team was great. Smart, hard working colleagues. Company benefits were good as well. Interesting industry impact and amazing client base.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is aggressive and non-collegial. The local culture is not that way.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
