      Good place to work, flexible timings, free food

      No/very less salary revisions, no post increment, micro management, no fixed times, should re ready to work 9am to 10 pm

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
