Pros

- I believe the Labs, designed to develop and nurture specialists, are the greatest benefit and advantageof this company. - The company library offers many FREE educational resources, including the latest books and courses. - I’m lucky to have a great team and client—the atmosphere is both pleasant and supportive. - Social and team-building activities are excellent! (Thanks to our HR) - Mentors, tech leads and the resource management team genuinely care about my progress and well-being - Working with cutting-edge technologies keeps me interested and motivated, making every project exciting and valuable.

Cons

Payment for extra activities that bring value to the company TODAY, requiring an employee to work overtime alongside their daily tasks, is either included in a yearly bonus or not compensated at all. I believe the honest approach should remain as it was before: work done today should be paid today.
