Pros

Smooth administrative processes — HR works seamlessly, much better than in many other companies. Social security is well managed. Being part of a big company means experiences vary a lot: some teams are genuinely friendly and professional, while others can feel like working in a game of “hot potato” — the main goal is just to pass tasks along to someone else.

Cons

Messy management. Processes are often ignored, backlog is nonexistent, and even if you submit your timesheets, it doesn’t matter — you’ll still be pushed to take on more tasks. Poor planning: you may spend a full week on an assignment only to discover it’s no longer relevant. Expected overtimes wihtout payment. Salaries are below market level.
