Casual environment with laid back approach to management. This is not a micro managed group at all as far as the transportation department is concerned.
Cons
You are expected to work long hours, whatever it takes to get things done and be willing to take on additional work. The mentality behind promotions is "next in queue" versus the person with the best skills for the role.
