Culture is the main feature of this company. The informal environment and frequent changes of roles provide the employees great learning and carreer growth opportunites.
Cons
Great pressure, stress and work/life not balanced are not financially compensated. If you take out the yearly bonus (that may occur or not, depending on the company's plans and targets' achievement), you will have an even lower salary. Meritocracy is not well executed; personal and subjective choises go over employee's performances and culture adherence.
