Pros
The company is quite chaotic so you end up in a short period of time going through multiple roles, not because of a planned career path but because of chaos. However you will learn a lot and and might be able to grow through the ladder quickly. Good for recent grads wanting to grow quickly.
Cons
Toxic environment and no respect for work balance. They only know about cost cutting, nothing else. In fact, the brands were created by companies previously acquired by them: they just took them over and began cutting costs like crazy. They say they care about people the most but this is far from truth: they are completely fine with paying people 50% of the market wage and as said before, total disrespect for work life balance. Zero diversity, every high ranking executive is a Brazilian male. Use it to learn quickly, grow and then leave: there are far better places than this one. Do not get dissuaded by the brands.
