Your ideas are always welcome and encouraged no matter what. You have the opportunity to work on anything, big or small in order to achieve great results for the business. No wasting time on power point slides and how things look but more focused on content and how do execute and deliver in order to drive growth and results for the business. Working with really smart people to get things done! Access to sr. management, no offices exist, even for the CEO, all open space to encourage informality and open dialogue all the time.
Cons
Not as well known in the US yet for the culture that it brings, much more similar to consulting firms, investment banks, etc... But not everyone knows the caliber of people that work here...all extremely driven, motivated, highly educated, its a pleasure!
