results orientated culture, flexible working, ok salary, good bonus structure when achieved
Cons
poor work/life balance, too much politics and people end up doing 2 or 3 jobs. There have been too many redundancies and it will have further effect on work/life balance of employees. The company states its appreciation towards its employees but it actually does not exist. In fact, you are just a number...
