      flexibility to work from home/abroad, cyclical company, commodity based, you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      in finance, the atmospare is toxic, overworking, burnt out people. high turnover, no organisation, last minute requests, blame culture, no training/no coaching,manipulation, no recognition of efforts, people are replaced in a heart beat

      Easy, laid back environment. You won't be challenged very much

      Cons

      No ladder to climb, no resources if you need them, no real incentive to perform and progress. It's a dead end 5 feet form the starting line.
