Business Outlook
Pros
Company seems to care about keeping its employees there long term. Unlike other steel companies, doesn't seem to do layoffs. Definitely plenty of work to do if you are motivated.
Cons
Somewhat outdated mindset which can be expected at a steel company. Some managers (not all) don't seem very flexible in working with changing priorities for younger workers.
