Great salary/compensation Outstanding benefits Training programs expose new hires to the many important areas of the company Managers/HR genuinely care about thoughts/opinions of employees Strong, important emphasis on workplace safety
Cons
Large organizational structure which can make it difficult to find the help you need to excel and complete company improvement projects Culture was built on the shoulders of legacy companies, but it is developing into a more modern one Location is not the best in my opinion
