      Pros

      Welcomes new Engineering ideas, lots of freedom to work on projects, and great project with lots of other Engineers to help. Great opportunities to travel and to work in multiple areas of the business.

      Cons

      Manufacturing plants are older, technology is still advancing, and takes time to get approvals. Also housing can be issue if you do not start looking well in advance.

ArcelorMittal is continuously working to grow our new employee base and use our internship program as a pipeline to recruit full-time entry-level hires. Of our 2015 entry-level hires, 30 percent had a summer internship with us.
