Pros
Great challenge and variety, extensive expertise, excellent colleagues, never bored, can always find people with the right knowledge within the global company, good to work for company with the highest ambitions.
Cons
Global scale can create drag on change, and mean some parts of the business act as local enterprise without regard for wider company. Hard to see values being applied consistently. Safety is a big concern. Career development available for those who are prepared to pursue it relentlessly but not always based on merit.
