      Pros

      Pay is okay ish. Benefits might keep you from dying.

      Cons

      There are 2 tiers of employees. The union gets good pay and benefits with zero responsibility or accountability. The engineers and foreman get poor pay and benefits and are the scape goats. Upper managers are clue less.
