No real work from home possible, only one day a week max, if approved in writing by your general manager and the HR person, after request from employee. Local top management is short sighted. We are understaffed in key functions, nearly everyone is over worked and burn out is getting common. Some functions are literal revolving doors with more than 60% of employees changed per year, and no reaction from HR or Management. Processes are not respected and only a few people are trained to them. I also witnessed higher-ups suggest we don't invest to get in conformity with environmental requirements and rather pay the fines.
