As a worldwide company, corporate is really multicultural. There are some great people. Steel business is cyclic. Steel is sustainable. Despite a tough economic context currently, business can get better.
Cons
Due to economic situation, there are currently some difficulties preventing from having adequate means to conduct some projects. Due to staff decrease in the past years, people often have two jobs.
