      Very successful business with good authentic values. Really enjoy working for the company and like the leadership team

      Cons

      Can be old fashioned, wedded to past practices - for example not progressive in work from home policy Benefits generally leg compared to it's larger rivals - for example recently introduced right to purchase holiday but capped at 1 day only! prone to favouritism

      Pros

      Great teammates with high standards and low egos. Compensation isn’t competitive, so top performers often move on. The medical insurance, though, is excellent.

      Cons

      Management: Severely disconnected. A strict “3 days in office” rule is tracked via weekly attendance reports, yet the Head of North America works fully remote after moving away from Houston. Compensation: Senior-level pay is well below the Houston market. Repeated promises to make salaries competitive have been half-measures (think bottom 10% range). Hours: Expect meetings to be scheduled irrespective of your actual working hours.
