This company needs to have better communication among all areas and regions. They lack of technology to support their publications and internal systems. I have been in this company for 5 years and I have seen the implementation of two CRMs and neither of them have worked correctly.
There is too much turn over and no one responsible for HR, performance reviews have been a joke. They good employees are already leaving the company and there will be more to come.
This company doesn't have an open door policy between upper management and employees. No one can be honest because there is fear of intimidation, criticism and censure. Morale is very low.
