Pros
If you're looking for some experience in the industry before moving on to a better company then this could work out very well. Don't stay longer than a year.
Cons
The work is very boring and repetitive. The senior management are very weak and appear to encourage infighting within the company. The management are also incapable of resolving any issues within the company to the frustration of the staff that work there. There is a HR department but I wouldn't recommend going down that road as the management do seem to hold grudges against staff members who have annoyed them.
