      Good work life balance, great colleagues, flexible working arrangements

      Cons

      Low pay, bonus is deferred over 3 years for all the employees apart from the leadership team. Everyone is working hard for the leadership and executive team huge payouts. Ceo not engaging with employees and not appearing to any social activities
