Business Outlook
Pros
The work is varied and interesting. There is a wealth of knowledge in the company. The people are very good - bright and capable. They have a desire to learn, understand the markets and improve the products. The data gathered on the markets is excellent, Argus Direct is a very useful tool for the employees as well as the clients.
Cons
There is very little visible leadership. There is no clear company vision other than 'growth'. The business does not invest in improving it's people and there is very little training and development of staff. The office is completely unfit for purpose with very few meeting rooms. The professional development process is a box-ticking exercise.
