      Great exposure to different teams and functions. Good Networking opportunities within the commercial team. Active support from managerial position. Clear professional progression through the programme.

      Cons

      First time the Graduate Programme is launched for the Commercial team so it lacks some structure. However Argus is very responsive to feedback and the programme is being constantly improved and evolved.
