      -Good Benefits. -Somewhat healthy work environment. -Nice people to work with, for the most part.

      Cons

      -Work/life balance can improve -Account distribution can improve, some teams have an insane number of accounts and not enough support. -Too many irrelevant internal meetings/emails/distribution lists. -Support and collaboration between commercial and editorial can improve, although recent positive changes have occurred.
