      Pros

      Great team and culture. Argus is a very well known company with a lot of expertise.

      Cons

      No negatives, I think the company is good. Only thing I could say is that there is a lot to learn and not much training provided, however there are many people internally you can reach out to.

      Pros

      Great teammates with high standards and low egos. Compensation isn’t competitive, so top performers often move on. The medical insurance, though, is excellent.

      Cons

      Management: Severely disconnected. A strict “3 days in office” rule is tracked via weekly attendance reports, yet the Head of North America works fully remote after moving away from Houston. Compensation: Senior-level pay is well below the Houston market. Repeated promises to make salaries competitive have been half-measures (think bottom 10% range). Hours: Expect meetings to be scheduled irrespective of your actual working hours.
