Great people within the organization, just not at the leadership level.
Cons
Toxic leadership. Lack of clarity and vision. Leadership does not provide psychological safety and only cares for you if you have a connection with Jude S. There are also some ethnical concerns that are ignored regarding patient safety in the name of science and development.
