Pros
Training is very through, and managers are very paitent and responsive if your needing time to adjust during your time there. You're alloted time off but not informed you need to be employed there for 90 days in order to use your accumlated PTO. make sure to plan accordingly.
Cons
Make it known the that QA scores are very important, You're scored at the end of training on everthing you learned. 80% is passing score, anything less and you fail, and terminated from the job posistion. Bathroom Breaks throughout the day is 8 mintues cap, anymore then that you'll need a doctors note.
