Pros
Lots of change to position the company for the future. Well intentioned concern for employees and fairly genuine. Lots of experience in the insurance industry at all levels comes with the territory of being #1 in the market space. Always trying to make things better. highly relational and social company, which has it's good and bad parts as any.
Cons
Need better focus on execution. Seems like those leading change initiatives are learning on the job. Current answers to problems seems to be new organizations.
