Cons
Unless you are best friends with your boss, or kiss ass, you can't get promoted at this call center. I've seen good representatives and senior representatives passed over time and again but they won't kiss ass. Recently, a couple of senior representatives were promoted to supervisors because they excel in kiss ass. One of of them talks so much, no one can stand to listen to her nasal voice and the other one has absolutely no class at all. She is perfect when no one is listening, but thinks she is alone and she sounds like a truck driver with the customers and she's so loud and obnoxious, no other company would have every promoted her. They also rehired one of the biggest brown noses ever, she had to leave the company for personal reasons because she was going to be incapacitated for a few months. Company doesn't really care about their reputation if they don't require it of their employee's reputations.
