Pros
They have good benefits, even though they have taken some away in last few years.
Cons
Everything is “Manager discretion”, right down to how you are treated during a major illness. They have a “If a tree falls in the forest” mindset for some. You can be bullied and ridiculed as long as no one hears it or is too intimidated to speak out about it.
