Pto provided is competitive for the industry.

Cons

Micromanagement is a at an all-time high. Benefits keep being hacked and slashed away. Standard set for performance and KPIs are unobtainable. Management refused to entertain conversation regarding updating goals to something obtainable. Cannot bring up problems without being blamed. Continued outsourcing to Argentina limits, career growth. Unable to take holiday time around Christmas. Unpaid PTO policy counts emergencies against you. Ceo and stockholders are prioritized over workers

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
