      It is a big latin american company.

      Cons

      There are a lot of mexican ideology which is based on favours, and relationships without any professionalism. Most people do not have any education, but have ceo positions, much of them do not even speak english but they manage customer service support to english speaking countries.

      Nothing to be honest, i have been with Atento for more than 6 months and from recruiting to production everything has been phenomenal.
