Pros
-Good salary & benefits -Can gain so much knowledge and experience
Cons
-So much work but less staff -Most of the time have to work overtime but no OT payment, only replacement leave but need to OT at least 4 hours/ day -Not suitable for fresh grad since everyone is busy to guide/ teach you. Need to learn by yourself during weekends since during weekdays you dont have time. Fast paced projects -No work life balance
