      Excellent engineers, focused on advanced development.

      Cons

      Terribly managed, very political. Seniority is favored over talent. Every man for himself. Turn around rate of about 2-3 years. Frequent conflict of interests.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
