      Pros

      Great place to work for someone with a high school diploma. A lot of available hours and willing to pay overtime.

      Cons

      There is a very low cieling for workers. The work can be very repetitive. Quite a few times in the day waiting for the product.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
