      Lots of opportunities to travel abroad and expat assignments. Freedom to purchase equipment needed for testing. Easy dialog with management to express concerns.

      Cons

      Layers of management added. Strong mentoring only in certain groups.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
