      Work culture :- Awesome Work Pressure :- You are the owner of the assigned task (completely responsible for it) PAY:- Very Good Among Automotive Companies Work Timings :- No restriction on timings if your manager is fine with you . Stability :- The Shares are equally distributed among all suppliers

      Cons

      CAMPUS:- As Electronic division is a start up , It is a campus where the facility is not so Good .

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
