6yThanks for pointing this out. Consulting can be synonymous with variety – which also means that not every project will be the same in terms of skill needed or experiences gained. However, I don't see this as a bad thing! Giving employees the opportunity to rotate skills and try something new is important to Avanade and helps keep all our employees' skills relevant in the market.
