Business Outlook
Pros
Quality training. Great delivery methodology. Nice events - they truly make an effort to connect consultants. Get to work with very competent team members.
Cons
Archaic annual review process. The process is horrible and it is all about who knows who. They actually get everyone in a room for a level above candidates being stack-ranked and talk about each candidate. Keep in mind 90% of the people in the room don't know the candidates. May not be staffed on a company project, but instead be staffed on an Accenture project where Avanade employees are not treated very well. Very much a good ole boy network that I thought was gone from the workplace until joining Avanade.
