I worked with some really great people. Great training opportunities.
Cons
Expect to work 50+ hours a week as a base not including travel time. Once all is said and done, this job will be your life. If you're early in your career and want to be immersed in your career this is a great job for you. If you are experienced and want to grow in other areas of your life, this job is not for you. I've also seen relationships and marriages severely strained by the demands of projects and travel.
